I’m so excited to do this CEO of YOU Sprint with you!

Think of this as a leadership retreat to envision what’s possible for yourself.

In a world where we’re bombarded with dread and devastation, it’s your dedicated space to be SELFISH and DREAM from a place of joy.

Because that’s the only place we can build something generative and aligned.

I’m a heart of the matter person and a strategist by training so the truth is what I’m here for.

I don’t have an agenda and I don’t assume, but rather I’m here to guide you with care to clarify what’s already there.

With the questions we’ll explore over the next few weeks, I hope that by the end you’ll see as clearly as I do that what you want is possible.

YOUR FIRST TO DOs…

  1. Please join me in this online space where all our exercises and call recordings will be hosted.

    1. I started this group as an open forum to discuss what matters to us in life and what’s getting in the way, but am evolving it to focus on what we’ll be covering over the next few weeks. Some existing members of that group will be part of this sprint as well and I’m excited for you to meet them!

  2. Go to the “Calendar” tab and add all of the CEO of YOU Sprint calls to your calendar (August 25 - October 1, 12pm EST)

    1. The calls will have some content, but they’re mainly for answering questions and supporting you on the exercises. They’re not required as the exercises are the most crucial aspect and you’ll have an online forum for Q&A as well, but they will be beneficial for synthesizing what you come up with (and not feeling alone in this process).

    2. I’ll collect your questions and availability ahead of time so we can accommodate schedules. That way whether or not you can join, your questions will still be answered.

    3. Calls will go for at least 1.5 hours to make sure we can cover everyone and you can join for however long you’re able. There will be recordings.

  3. Go to the “Classroom” Section to find your first exercise, which we’ll focus on for the VISION call on Wednesday, August 27th.

    1. There are exercises for each week and they’re the heart of the Sprint, the calls are supplementary to support you

0. INTRO: Monday, August 25

Meet each other, ask questions, share where we’re at and what we want to achieve at the end of this time together.

1. VISION: Wednesday, August 27

Imagine new possibilities for yourself rooted in what you want and what matters to you.

2. GOALS: Wednesday, September 3

Based on what you come up with from the first exercise, we’ll break down what you specifically aim to create in your life so you know what your business/career/labor is meant to support, in the long term and the short term.

3. WORK-LIFE JOY: Tuesday, September 9*

Identify what your version of work-life joy entails. What would you spend all your time doing if you could?

*My mom’s birthday is September 10, so just for this week, we’ll meet on Tuesday.

4. STRATEGY: Wednesday, September 17

Determine your unique strategy for how you will execute your next step.

5. STRATEGY + EXECUTION: Wednesday, September 24

Continued support as you refine and begin to execute your strategy. We can also cover articulating yourself, your value, what you want, etc.

BONUS: Wednesday, October 1

Whatever we need and want to cover.
