As I’ve helped people navigate their careers, figure out what they want for they lives, and define meaningful work for themselves, I use those insights to inform my work with companies in creating environments that people want to spend their precious time in.

I’m also a first-generation, Chinese woman and a third culture kid, who loves discussing immigrant & Asian experiences in the workplace.

Panels are fun and I enjoy doing them. Conducting interviews are another space I thrive in. But few people are also adept at facilitating/moderating dynamic and free-flowing conversations about diversity, equity, inclusion, racism, current events, and emotional experiences (intersecting with work)… I can.
